• Councillor June Hitchen - Prejudicial - Councillor Hitchen declared that she had a conflict of interest in considering this item as she was a member of the Council’s Planning Committee which potentially could receive planning applications in relation to proposals within the Regeneration Framework. Consequently, she left the meeting during consideration of this item
