Improve air quality
We the undersigned petition the Council to Reduce the road traffic in the city and introduce Ultra Low Emission Zone for any vehicle, including cars, especially those with a diesel engine.
The reduction in air pollution can be achieved by closure of roads to vehicle traffic, in a similar way as in Copenhagen, and as is has been introduced in London with an entry charge for non compliant vehicles within the inner circular road.
