(1)  Approves the giving of grant funding to Mosscare St Vincent’s (MSV) under the provisions of Section 22 of the Housing Act 1996 in order to bring empty properties back into use for affordable home ownership.

 

(2)  Authorises the City Solicitor to enter into any agreements to give effect to this decision.
