The Deputy Chief Executive and City Treasurer approves capital expenditure of £932,000 to EBN Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Programme to cover the anticipated cost increases due to the COVID-19 pandemic on the programme to deliver three projects to expand provisions for children with special educational needs at Roundwood Road, Camberwell Park, and North Hulme schools.
