The Deputy chief Executive and City Treasurer approves capital expenditure of £2,700,000 to Abraham Moss Leisure to cover additional costs due to the current COVID-19 pandemic as the project has been delayed resulting in an impact to project costs including inflation, remobilisation and hire fees for the temporary facilities on site.
