The Deputy Chief Executive and City Treasurer approves capital expenditure of £1,547,000 for the progression of the Northern Quarter Walking and Cycling scheme.

Funding is to be provided by Manchester City Council in advance of reimbursement from Mayors Challenge Fund (TfGM) via their development cost budget.
