The Chief Executive approves the disposal of a 250 year Lease to BTS NQ Limited of 30 – 32 Shudehill, 1 – 3 Nicholas Croft and 1-5 Back Turner Street, in order to facilitate the redevelopment and improve a vacant and derelict area of the City Centre.
