The Chief Executive approves the disposal of a 10 year Lease to Manchester Metropolitan University of 70 Oxford Street to enable a new 10 year lease to be entered into with Manchester Metropolitan University’s to support the University’s ongoing capital investment strategy for its campus on Oxford Road.
