The Strategic Director (Neighbourhoods) agrees to the removal of the discounted rate which is applied when a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) is paid within 10 days of issue in relation to fly-tipping, fly-posting, commercial waste, household duty of care, dog control, unauthorised distribution of free printed matter, graffiti and breach of a community protection notice.
