The Strategic Director (Neighbourhoods) agrees to increase the cost of a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) for littering to £150 (Discounted to £120 if paid within 10 days), in order to ensure that the costs of providing this service and to increase the deterrent effect on littering.
