The Deputy Chief Executive and City Treasurer approves capital expenditure of to deliver a new build library and leisure centre at Abraham Moss for the refurbishment of Ghyll Head outdoor education centre facility.

The refurbishment will improve the asset condition and enable the site to improve outcomes and maximise occupancy and revenue.
