The City Treasurer and Deputy Chief Executive approves the capital expenditure of £936,000 for the purpose of replacing the kitchen or bathroom (including installation of electric shower) where not previously replaced, and full rewires to properties (where required) to 139 properties as part of the Northwards Harpurhey 200 Estate Internal Works.
