The Deputy Chief Executive and City Treasurer approves capital expenditure of £2,304,000 for the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Project and to enter into separate contracts for additional Microsoft User licenses with an appropriate reseller and for consultancy support for migration of the new collaboration platform.
