The City Treasurer (Deputy Chief Executive) approves the capital expenditure for the acquisition of the remnants of the unexpired leasehold interest at Edwin House, Edwin Road Industrial Estate and to enter into a leaseback for up to two years.  The acquisition is to be funded through the Strategic Acquisitions budget.
