The appointment of the Technology and Implementation Partner for the Council’s Resident and Business Digital Experience Programme (RBDxP) which will replace Manchester City Council’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), Integration platform and Content Management System (CMS-website) with a joined up Digital Platform.
