The City Solicitor agrees to make the following amendments to the Council’s Constitution that are consequential to the changes to the remits of the Council's Scrutiny Committees.

·                Article 6 of Part 2;

·                Section E of Part 3;

·                Section A of Part 4; and

·                Section E of Part 4.
