Purpose of committee
The Sub-Committee Hearing Panel meets to carry out licensing and registration functions (Hackney Carriage and Private Hire vehicles, sex establishments, tattooing premises, boats and other vessels, market and street trading), functions relating to health and safety at work and appeals.
