The report of the Head of Planning, Building Control and Licensing is attached.

The Committee noted that agreement had been reached with LOOH prior to the meeting. One of the resident objector had also emailed to withdraw his objection prior to the meeting after being made aware of the agreement made with LOOH.

The remaining three resident objectors attended for the hearing however after discussions with the applicant, prior to the hearing, they agreed to withdraw their representations before the hearing. 

The matter was therefore treated as a determination and granted subject to the agreements reached with LOOH.

Decision

To grant the application subject to the amended hours and additional conditions as agreed with Licensing and Out of Hours (LOOH).
