Reasons

The Committee after hearing from the Applicant was satisfied that he was a responsible operator and accepted the additional steps he proposed to take to uphold the licensing objectives, in particular the conditions he had agreed with the Police and the Out of Hours team. The representation made by local residents were considered but the Committee was satisfied that the conditions proposed addresses the concerns raised by them. Further the Committee note what the local residents’ state about the extended hours applied for and “them setting a precedent in the area” however the committee has to consider each application on its own merits when such an application comes before them.
