The approval of capital expenditure to create safer and more accessible environments for people to walk and cycle, improving aspects of perceived and actual personal security by creating a safe environment for pedestrians and cyclists. This will be achieved with measures such as, improved lighting, signage, access control, improved entrances, and other works.
