Purpose:

To award the bid to a new supplier for the Neighbourhoods and Licensing including Taxi Licensing Case Management System.

 

Decision:

The Deputy Chief Executive and City Treasurer gives approval to appoint a supplier to provide a Neighbourhood Case Management System.

 

The contract is to be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender as a result of a competitive tender procedure and will replace the current Civica APP (FLARE) case management system.
