To award a five-year contract for Security Services.  Security Services include access control, visitor management and CCTV.

The Deputy City Treasurer agrees to engage Grantfen Security Ltd to provide security hardware and software for the Town Hall complex.  Grantfen are the sole NorthWest supplier for Genetec equipment which is the security equipment used throughout the MCC estate.  This contract is for the provision of updated hardware and software for the Town Hall Complex.

Other suppliers would be too costly and not aligned to the other equipment across the MCC estate.
