Approval to procure and implement a new legal case management.

The City Solicitor agrees to award a contract to the Access Group for the provision of a legal case management system in line with the service specification and costings set out in the supporting report.

With the support for the current system, Axxia, ending on the 31 January 2023, Manchester City Council needs to procure a Legal Case Management solution now.

Procuring through the G-Cloud framework, The Access Group was the single provider identified via a search. Due diligence with the supplier has been completed and an updated business case produced based on

indicative costings from the supplier.

The business case has been approved by the Strategic Capital Board to secure the implementation costs.
