To award a time limited contract to a home care provider(s) to assist in Covid-related Rapid Hospital Discharge, and to provide individual packages of home care to Manchester residents during the transition to the Our Manchester Homecare neighbourhood model.

The Executive Director of Adult Social Services agrees to award time limited contracts to three home care providers (who already provide homecare packages to Manchester residents) to assist in Covid-related Rapid Hospital Discharge, and to provide individual packages of home care to Manchester residents during the transition to the Our Manchester Homecare neighbourhood model.
