To agree the appointment of a Provider to deliver the service 

The Executive Director of Adult Social Services agrees to award a contract for the Provision of Young Person’s Housing Related Support.

The decision has been made to award the contract of a pathway model for short term housing related support which has been co-produced with partners and people who have personal insight into homelessness or experience of using services.  The contract award is for two pathway models:

·                Young Persons Pathway: Accommodation

·                Young Persons Pathway: Resettlement/Floating Support

The contract will run from 1 April 2020 for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to a further two years. The option for review will be available at the end of each year of the contract.
