The approval of capital expenditure for the purpose of highway improvement works to Great Ancoats Street.

To give Capital Expenditure approval to Great Ancoats Street Improvement Works  that will remove the current barriers to safe movement across Great Ancoats Street  by improving crossings for cyclists and pedestrians and introducing public realm environmental improvements including the planting of 70 new trees and using low noise surfacing materials.
