The Provision of a Citywide Support Service comprising:

·         Provision of a Handyperson’s Service including a Dementia Aids and Adaptations programme and Child Accident  Prevention Programme;

·         Home Repairs Support service (including grants and low cost loans) and also including a boiler repair/replace service;

·         Provision of an all-encompassing non-clinical  Hospital Discharge Support Service; Administration of a Home Support Fund.

The Executive Director of Adult Social Services agrees the appointment of a Provider to deliver a Citywide Support Service for Manchester.
