Approval to the granting of a new over-riding lease to allow the redevelopment of the site to progress.
Decision:
The Chief Executive approves the granting of four over-riding leases to Property Alliance Group at a premium of £3.5m plus a lease back for the continued operation of the car park for a minimum term of 12 months in respect of the redevelopment of the Ramada Renaissance site, Deansgate/Blackfriars Street, Manchester.
This decision will facilitate the redevelopment of the site and generate a capital receipt to the Council.
