Decision

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on 16 January 2006.

ST/06/10 Exclusion of Public

Decision

To exclude the public during consideration of the following item which contains confidential information as defined in Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and as indicated in these Minutes. At this point Mr. Wright took over as Chair of the meeting.

The Committee considered a detailed report of the Monitoring Officer following an investigation undertaken by the Investigating Officer into an allegation of misconduct of a Council Member.

Decision

To concur with the Investigating Officer's findings that the circumstances of the complaint do not represent a breach of the Council's Code of Conduct.
