Removal of early payment discount from FPNs (2020/02/24E)
Removal of the discounted rate which is applied when a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) is paid within 10-days of issue. This would apply to the following areas: fly-tipping, fly-posting, commercial waste, household duty of care, dog control, unauthorised distribution of free printed matter, graffiti and breach of a community protection notice.
