To approve the letting of a contract to undertake essential works to Heron House in advance of the tenant taking up occupation in May 2019.
MHCLG has requested the Council to undertake Category B works to the office accommodation that it will occupy from May 2019. The value of the works are circa £650k which will be funded in funded in full by MHCLG.
The works contract is required to be let by 29th March 2019 to enable the delivery of the works to be completed in readiness for HCLG to take occupation by the end of May 2019.
