· To adopt a Zero Carbon 2038 Draft Action Plan 2020-2025 on behalf of the city of Manchester.
· For the Council to develop a Zero Carbon Action Plan 2020-2025 to reduce direct emissions from the Council’s operations.
· To agree to the Council working with the Manchester Climate Change Agency and other key organisations across the city to provide leadership on the Zero Carbon agenda.
