The Deputy Chief Executive and City Treasurer has agreed to award a 12-month extension with effect from May 2023 to the contract for planned and preventative maintenance to MCC public buildings – including reactive repairs and small works via a Measured Term Contract to Equans, the current provider. The contract has an annual value of £5.65m and, as a result of the extension will end in April 2024.
