Tougher enforcement and higher fines for illegal waste being dumped around Manchester
We the undersigned petition the Council to Give tougher enforcement, prosecutions and higher fines to businesses and landlords who continue to think they are above the law.
We are residents of Henderson Street in Manchester who have had to put up with businesses and landlords who are illegally dumping their waste in our bins and creating a major health hazard, we not only feel this is an ongoing issue for us but also a major issue for many residents beyond Levenshulme and Burnage and for the residents of other areas in Manchester too.
