There is a large and growing community of Volleyball players around Greater Manchester. Currently, in order to be able to play beach volleyball, we need to travel to places like Crosby beach.
There are numerous freely accessible outdoor courts to play basketball, football, tennis, and other outdoor sports in Manchester. We would like to petition the council to consider spending a tiny fraction of its budget to build an outdoor beach volleyball court in a similar fashion and freely accessible to all Manchester residents.
