Many councils in the UK have been awarded funding to work with the relevant authorities and expand the current Fibre Broadband coverage.

I would like the council to consider expanding that coverage further, to at least bring FTTC for faster home broadband speeds in the M11 area.

The current cabinet that serves our area only supports ADSL/ADSL2+. The cabinet next to it, supports FTTC and serves the other side of the area.

I've contacted OpenReach regarding this, and there are currently no plans to bring Fibre to our area. However, they would consider it if partially funded by the community.
