The Executive Director of Adult Social Services approves the awarding of contracts to providers to deliver a Domestic Violence and Abuse (DV&A) Refuge and Outreach service.  The contract is to be awarded to the most economically advantageous tenders as a result of a competitive tender procedure and will be split into three Lots:

Lot 1 Refuge Provision

Lot 2 BAME Refuge Provision

Lot 3 Outreach Support for victims and survivors of DV&A
