The Committee were told there had been a number of crime and disorder incidents over the last 3 months at the premises, however the full extent of these incidents were not provided to the Committee. GMP accepted that the incidents were low level and reported by the premises to the police. (The Committee consider this to be good practice and should be done by premises when incidents occur)
The Committee welcomed the agreement by the Applicant to employ extra door staff during the later hours. Finally, the Committee, based on the evidence presented were not satisfied that the later hours required for the days applied for would cause further Crime and Disorder at this premises.
