To enter into a new lease at Heron House.

The Director of Development and Strategic Housing approves a new lease to be entered into at Heron House with a new tenant for the vacant 1st floor office suite.

The alternative would be to not agree a new lease and keep marketing the vacant space. This was rejected as it did not meet the objectives for the building and would have left the vacant space unoccupied for a longer period, incurring holding costs.
