The Strategic Director (Growth & Development) approves to dispose of the long leasehold of land at Kelbrook Road for 150 years to support the expansion of a local business / adjoining landowner and bring back an under-utilised site into use. This will support the sustainability of the business, enabling it to grow and provide local employment opportunities for East Manchester residents.
