To award a contract to purchase a digital workplace solution.
Decision:
The Deputy Chief Executive agrees to award a contract for the purchase of a digital workplace solution.
The contract is due for renewal on 1 July 2024 and as a result and nature of protracted negotiations, which only concluded on 28 June 2024, it does not allow for due process to be followed before the renewal deadline and any delay may result in critical services being compromised and/or the re-opening of negotiations.
As such, the Chair of Resources and Governance Scrutiny Committee has agreed that his decision is exempt from Call In.
