Decision whether or not to extend the Wynnstay Grove PSPO.

Approval of the making of a  Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) at Wynnstay Grove to prevent  –

·         protests, acts of approval / disapproval or attempted act of approval / disapproval, with respect to issues related to abortion services

·         interference with staff members or service user of the Centre

·         intimidation or harassment of staff members or service users of the Centre

·         recording or photographing staff members or service users of the Centre without the explicit consent of that person

·         displaying text or images relating directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy

·         distribution of text or images relating directly or indirectly to the termination of pregnancy

·         playing amplified music, voice or audio recordings with respect to the approval or disapproval of abortion services

And requirements

·         to leave a vaccination site when requested

·         to provide name and address to an authorised person
